From Road Trip Woes to a Fresh Idea — The Birth of The Sprays Collection

As a family, one of our favorite things to do is pack up the car and hit the road. Whether it's exploring new places, chasing sunsets, or just spending time together, road trips have become a cherished part of our lives. But let’s be real—after hours of driving, fast food pit stops, and long sightseeing days, hotel rooms can start to feel… well, a little blah.

Most of the places we stayed in had zero scent—no warmth, no freshness, nothing to make it feel like home. And after a full day of exploring, let’s just say my husband’s socks weren’t doing the room any favors either. The girls would plug their noses and dramatically beg for fresh air. It became a bit of a running joke on our trip, until one night I thought, "What if I had something right now that could instantly freshen up the room AND neutralize the smell of those socks?"

And that’s when the idea for The Sprays was born.

As soon as we got home, I started brainstorming with my husband. We knew this spray had to be:

• Compact enough to take anywhere (hotel rooms, cars, bathrooms, offices—you name it)

• Subtle enough to blend in without being an eyesore

• Effective enough to eliminate odors while leaving behind a beautiful scent

• And most importantly, made with 100% natural, non-toxic ingredients

After days of testing, sourcing, and more testing, we finally landed on a design and formula that we absolutely love—and we hope you will too.

We introduced The Sprays for the first time at the April Mercantile Market. While they didn’t get the spotlight thanks to the overwhelming popularity of our home diffusers, the response was still super encouraging. So many customers shared the same travel struggles—musty hotel rooms, stinky shoes, stale air. It confirmed that this little spray could make a big difference.
